How I Work
My approach to mental wellness is holistic. Through our work, I meet you where you are in the present, and I don’t discount the ways you have developed to protect yourself from pain or shame. My goal is to work with who you are today so that you can create an intentional future that you want.
In an empathic therapeutic space, I will help you understand what has caused your present emotional pain. I will support and guide you in discovering how you can lessen the pain of past trauma. We will collaborate on how you can apply new approaches to alter the processes that are keeping you stuck.

- Acceptance commitment therapy
